The 8th National Pharmacy R&D Conference was organised on 10th to 12th June, 2014 in Grand BlueWave Hotel, Shah Alam. It was a joint collaboration with Malaysia Pharmaceutical Society. Conference was officiated by YB Datuk Seri Dr. S. Subramaniam, Minister of Health Malaysia, with the theme ‘Quality Research: Transforming Universal Excellence’. There were 80 and 30 researches presented via oral and poster respectively by 107 pharmacists. A total number of 359 pharmacists and pharmacist assistants from Ministry of Health facilities had participated in the conference.
