Kempen Tolak Ubat Tidak Sah (TOBaTS)
The “TOLAK UBAT TIDAK SAH” campaign, officially abbreviated as “TOBaTS,” is a new initiative by the Pharmacy Enforcement Division , Ministry of Health (MOH) to combat the issue of illegal supply and sale of medicines in Malaysia.
The implementation of this campaign is one of the approaches included as the one of the strategies in the Pharmacy Enforcement Division Action Plan for 2024, which is the Empowerment of Awareness and Prevention Activities to Enhance Public Empowerment.
This is also one of the efforts by the Division to support the second component of the 4th National Medicines Policy (NMP) (2022 – 2026), which is to ensure that medicines in the market are safe, effective, and of high quality for consumers in Malaysia.
