List of Authorized Local Universities Offering Pharmacy Course

University which is provisionally recognized by the Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) is allowed to conduct pharmacy degree programme and shall recruit students to enroll into pharmacy degree programme.

However, the pharmacy programme which is conducted by the institution will be monitored by the Pharmacy Board Malaysia (PBM) every year until the students graduate and undergo provisional training in order to determine if the institution is qualified for a Provisional / Full recognition by PBM.

After obtaining a Provisional / Full recognition by PBM, all the pharmacy graduates from the relevant institutions are entitled for Provisional / Full registration in accordance with section 6 of the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951.
