Malaysian National Medicines Policy (MNMP) Second Term

MNMP Second Term is published as a revised version of the MNMP First Term. This new term policy document is produced through joint efforts in workshops and meetings involving all stakeholders.

The core and supporting components from the first term have been rearranged to produce five main components of the MNMP Second Term as follows:

1. Governance in Medicines
2. Quality, Safety and Efficacy of Medicines
3. Access to Medicines
4. Quality Use of Medicines
5. Partnership and Collaboration for the Healthcare Industry

Strategy and activities planned and developed for the implementation of MNMP Second Term based on targets is accessible in the 'MNMP Second Term Plan of Action'.
