List of Galenical and Extemporaneous (GAEX) Drug Preparations in PhIS System

The following is a list of Galenical and Extemporaneous (GAEX) drug preparations for both sterile and non-sterile formulations available in the PhIS system for reference.

This list will be updated twice a year.

If a drug is not included in this list, please apply for Permohonan Kemasukan / Kemaskini Formulasi dalam Senarai Induk Ubat-Ubatan PhIS.

The medicines should be prescribed and used in treatments according to respective clinical disciplines in line with existing clinical practice guidelines and procedures.
