Announcement on Importation & Exportation of Alpha-Phenylacetoacetonitrile (APAAN), Importation of Phosphorus and Importation of Nicotine

Please be informed that effective from 1st June 2016, e-PERMIT under Customs Order (Prohibition of Import) and Customs Order (Prohibition of Export – APAAN only) is required for every:

  1. importation & exportation of Alpha-Phenylacetoacetonitrile (APAAN),
  2. importation of Phosphorus and
  3. importation of Nicotine.

The process of application and approval for the import/export permit is totally through online and paperless via http://epermit.dagangnet.com. For application of e-PERMIT, company is required to register and access to
e-PERMIT system with:
