ADULT: Initially 4 mg 3 times daily adjusted according to response, maximum 24 mg daily.
ELDERLY: 1/4 to 1/2 adult dose.
CHILD: The lower range of the adult dosage may be used in children over 12. It should start with the smallest dose e.g 2mg, then titrate accordingly.

To be prescribed by Oncologist only The recommended initial dose of pertuzumab is 840mg administered as a 60-minute intravenous infusion, followed every 3 weeks thereafter by a dose of 420mg administered over a period of 30 to 60 minutes for up to 3 cycles.
