A Guide for Application of Import / Export Authorizations for Psychotropic Substances or Dangerous Drugs is provided to applicants who wish to apply for the Import / Export Authorization of Dangerous Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, which is issued by the Pharmacy Enforcement Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia.

The public is advised to avoid buying and using two (2) traditional products namely ‘JCare-su’ with registration number MAL07090966TC and ‘JCare-in’ with registration number MAL07124653TC which has been detected containing glibenclamide. Indication printed on labels is traditionally used for general health and improving blood circulation. The product registration holder for both products is Usaha Kiara Sdn. Recall Of Two ‘Skin Food’ Nail Polish Products Found To Contain Trace Amounts Of Benzene By The Health Sciences Authority (HSA), Singapore

The National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau (NPCB), Ministry of Health Malaysia had received a Post Marketing Alert from the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), Singapore regarding recall of two (2) nail polish products made in Korea namely ‘Skin Food Jojoba Pure Nail PK 004’ and ‘Skin Food Milk Creamy Nail Base Coat’ found to contain trace amounts of benzene at very low concentration levels of 22.3 parts per million (ppm) and 30.3ppm respectively.
