Revised List of Qualifications Recognised by Pharmacy Degree Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (LFM)

Pharmacy Degree qualifications listed in the First Schedule, Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 are the qualifications recognized by the Pharmacy Board and the holder of these qualifications can be considered as eligible for registration with the Pharmacy Board.

Issuing "Letter of Good Standing"

"Letter of Good Standing" is the documents required by a pharmacist to be registered oversea's. This   document contains information such as personal details of the pharmacists, provisional training / pupillage, full registration as well as statements regarding the status of pharmacists either "in good standing" or vice versa.

Application for a "Letter of Good Standing" should be made to:

Pharmacy Forensic Examination

1. Pharmacy Board of Malaysia has set a requirement to pass the Pharmacy Forensic Examination to be registered as a Pharmacist.

2. The following categories of applicants are eligible to apply for the examination:

a) Provisional Registered Pharmacist (PRP), which is undergoing a provisional training in Malaysia.

b) Pharmacist (other than PRP), with an equivalent degree qualification recognised by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia (LFM) with the following conditions:
