Neurology Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic Protocol

The Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic (MTAC) Neurology Protocol is the second edition published under the Pharmaceutical Services Program of the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) in 2024. This protocol is issued as the latest reference and guidance for pharmacists in the management of neurological patients, including stroke, epilepsy, and Parkinson's disease, in healthcare facilities. It includes a brief introduction to the diseases, the scope of services and procedures involved, and the forms used in MTAC activities conducted.
