Please be informed that the External Customer Satisfaction Survey for the Pharmacy Services Programme (PSP), Ministry of Health (MOH) is currently underway from 1 to 30 June 2026.

In relation to this, we kindly request your cooperation to distribute the survey infographic featuring the QR code to all customers engaging with your respective divisions. This includes workshop and meeting participants, as well as counter customers at the Pharmacy Services Programme (PSP) and the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA).
