NEW HOLOGRAM SAFETY LABEL PRICES INFORMATION

HOLOGRAM SECURITY LABEL PRICES FOR PRODUCTS REGISTERED WITH PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICE PROGRAMME, MINISTRY OF HEALTH, MALAYSIA EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2019.

The new hologram safety label supply will be implemented by Techno Secure Print Sdn Bhd Company starting 1 September 2019 and the price of the hologram safety label will be RM0.064 / label unit.

ATTENTION! MEDICINE ADVERTISEMENTS WITH KKLIU NO. ENDING WITH 2017 HAVE EXPIRED ON 31.12.19

Medicine Advertisements with KKLIU No. ending with 2017 (Eg: xxxx/2017) have expired on 31.12.19. Kindly check all the advertisements on your premises / media to ensure they are no longer in use.

ONLINE APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY PHARMACY BOARD MALAYSIA (PBM)

Effective from 2nd May 2018 applicants are advised to use PRiSMA at http://prisma.pharmacy.gov.my to apply for certificates issued by PBM

Please be informed that currently the online payment is not available for the applications that involves payment due to some inevitable issues. However alternatively payment can be done using postal order/money order/bank draft. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience cause. Thank you.
