HOME PARENTERAL NUTRITION: A GUIDE FOR PHARMACISTS

This guide provides concise information on Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN) service and serves as a reference for pharmacists in MOH facilities specifically on the workflows involved in the delivery of HPN pharmacy service. The aim is to standardise HPN pharmacy practice and hence ensuring safe, effective and quality HPN service to the patients.

GARIS PANDUAN SISTEM PENGURUSAN PEMBEKALAN UBAT BAGI PERKHIDMATAN NILAI TAMBAH FARMASI (MyUBAT)

In line with the current technology development, Pharmacy Practice & Development Division and Pharmacy Policy & Strategic Planning Division have collaborated and developed “Sistem Pengurusan Pembekalan Ubat Bagi Perkhidmatan Nilai Tambah Farmasi (MyUBAT)” in which facilitate patients in managing and monitoring their medicine supply via smart phone. Besides, this system can assist the pharmacists’ working process in the pharmacy counter, including the registration dan preparation of the medicine supply.

Unified Public Consultation (UPC): Implementation of Medicines Price Mechanism & Cost-Benefit Analysis

We are pleased to inform that the Pharmaceutical Services Program, Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) is ​currently ​holding multiple online briefing session on the latest status of Medicines Price Mechanism and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) estimating the impact of implementing Medicines Price Mechanism to the stakeholders​.

Protocol Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic-Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR-MTAC) 1ST Edition (Year 2020)

The CR-MTAC protocol aims to  assist pharmacists in initiating and conducting the activities of cardiac rehabilitation in a standardized manner across all Ministry of Health’s (MOH) hospitals/clinics.  It contains workflow of standard operating procedures and documentations that are needed to conduct CR-MTAC.
