CARDIOVASCULAR CARE BUNDLE MEDICATION THERAPY ADHERENCE CLINIC (CCB-MTAC) PROTOCOL

This protocol provides recommendations for the implementation of the Cardiovascular Care Bundle Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic (CCB-MTAC), introduced in 2017 as part of Malaysia’s Enhanced Primary Healthcare (EnPHC) initiative. The updated protocol incorporates refinements to the training program, scope of service and standard operating procedures ensuring continued effectiveness of the program in improving patient outcomes.
