Guideline on Appeal Procedure for Rejected Medicine Advertisement Application

As provided in Regulation 6 of Medicine Advertisement Board Regulations 1976;

Any person aggrived by any decision of the Medicine Advertisement Board may appeal to the Health Minister whose decision shall be final.
