Medicine Advertisements Board (MAB) Guidelines And Policy

These Guidelines are intended to complement the provisions of the Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act 1956 (Revised 1983) and the Medicine Advertisements Board Regulations 1976.

Advertisements include any notice, circular, report, commentary, pamphlet, label, wrapper or other document, and any announcement made orally or by any means of producing or transmitting light or sound.

NEW HOLOGRAM SAFETY LABEL PRICES INFORMATION

HOLOGRAM SECURITY LABEL PRICES FOR PRODUCTS REGISTERED WITH PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICE PROGRAMME, MINISTRY OF HEALTH, MALAYSIA EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2019.

The new hologram safety label supply will be implemented by Techno Secure Print Sdn Bhd Company starting 1 September 2019 and the price of the hologram safety label will be RM0.064 / label unit.

Guidelines for Application of Type A/ B/ E Licence and NaOH/ Psychotropic Permit

Licence/Permit under the Poisons Act 1952 is issued by the Pharmacy Enforcement at State level.
