GUIDELINE FOR SISTEM PENDISPENSAN UBAT BERSEPADU FORTH EDITION 2021

This guideline acts as a reference for pharmacists to implement the process of conducting Integrated Drug Delivery Service (IDDS) at the Ministry of Health (MOH) Malaysia facilities. This service is a nationwide standard referral system allowing patients to get their refills from another preferred MOH health facilities. This is to ensure the continuous supply of medicine to the patients even though they stay far from their current treatment health facilities. This is the forth publication since 2003. The contents of this guideline were updated according to current practice which consist of work procedure and documentation relevant to this service.
