Master Plan of Action for the Second Term MNMP

Plan of action is prepared for the explanation of strategies about the policy planning. The Second Term MNMP Master Plan of Action is formulated following the Second Term MNMP. This document contains detailed information about the implementation timeline, indicator, target and related stakeholders for each activity and strategy in the policy.

MNMP First Term Performance Report

A term performance report is produced as an evaluation to the MNMP. The First Term Performance Report of the MNMP consists of the achievements for the initiatives implemented based on the plan of action of MNMP ranged from 2007 until 2011. The report also showed the gaps and challenges, and identified the future direction of the pharmaceutical sector in holding firm to the objective of the policy.

Malaysian National Medicines Policy (MNMP) First Term

The MNMP is executed in term. The First Term MNMP covers a period of 5 years from year 2007 until 2011. The policy resulted from the collaborative effort among government agencies and private sector. Consultations with the aid from the World Health Organization (WHO) through workshops and meetings with all stakeholders produced the policy document in year 2006 and succeeded by endorsement from the Malaysian Cabinet as an official national pharmaceutical policy.

List of MOH Pharmacists with Good Clinical Practice Certificate (GCP)

Good Clinical Practice (GCP) is an international standards concerning the ethical and scientific quality in designing, implementing, documenting and reporting of clinical trials involving human subjects. GCP certification is a mandatory requirement for researchers who want to participate in clinical trial.

Pharmacists at Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), who attended the workshop and passed the GCP examination are as shown below. The following list has been updated as of 12th September 2019. 

Consumers Cautioned Against Using Cosmetic Product Containing Scheduled Poison

The cosmetic products above have been tested and found to contain scheduled poison hydroquinone and tretinoin, which are prohibited in cosmetic products. These products are no longer allowed to be sold in Malaysia.
