QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MS ISO 9001:2015 SURVEILLANCE AUDIT 2024

On February 28th and 29th, 2024, SIRIM QAS Sdn Bhd carried out a surveillance audit of MS ISO 9001:2015 at the Pharmaceutical Services Programme, Ministry of Health (PSP MOH). Madam Kho Yeck Lan and Mr. Izzat Izwan bin Othman served as the auditors.

Overall, PSP MOH is in good compliance with the MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. PSP MOH successfully maintained its MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certificate in 2024 without any findings on Non-Conformance (NC) and Opportunities of Improvement (OFI).

Malaysian National Medicines Policy Fourth Term (2022-2026) is published as a revised version and strengthened in line with the changing times and country's health needs to the third edition. Components from the third term remained in the fourth term.

Malaysian National Medicines Policy Third Edition is published as a reviewed and revised version to the second edition. Effort and contribution in workshops and meetings together with all relevant stakeholders resulted in the publication of the third edition. Components from the second term remained in the third term and all the five (5) components in the third term are:

Malaysian National Medicines Policy (MNMP) Second Term

MNMP Second Term is published as a revised version of the MNMP First Term. This new term policy document is produced through joint efforts in workshops and meetings involving all stakeholders.

Pharmaceutical Services Programme Ministry of Health (PSP MOH) has conducted a recertification audit of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 by SIRIM QAS Sdn Bhd on 1st Mac 2023 – 3rd Mac 2023. The auditors involved were Mr. Mohd Izhar bin Mohd Zain and Matron Kamilah binti Abu Shah.
